WMR200: ftp

Hello. Yesterday suddenly Cumulus has stopped the ftp connection with the remote server Altervista.org
The differences between now and the past is now that when I open the "web update" by file menu I read only "connect timeout" on the ftp progress windows.
I suppose that's not a problem of the remote server but of the software...
Do you help me?

Thanks.

No, it's a problem with the server or your internet connection, or something like a firewall or anti-virus software stopping Cumulus making the connection. If you turn on ftp logging, the ftplog.txt file may give a little more information to help you find out what your problem is.

Error 11001 is usually "host not found". What do you have in the 'host name' box in Cumulus?

In attach the internet configuration box.

But I've not changed nothing before on the configuration!

Thanks!

I can connect to meteosgv.altervista.org and get a login prompt.

Yes, that's why I said earlier:

The server seems to be responding (for me), so you need to investigate the other possible causes.

It was a problem with Kaspersky AV.
I've changed the restriction settings on the application form of the AV.
That I don't understand is why the ftp connection has stopped suddenly without changing anything on the AV!
Thanks!
