Yes, most people get this from time to time. It means that your console is reporting that it has stopped receiving data from the outside sensors. Perhaps you need new batteries in the transmitter.

It's the data from the station, showing the the 'lost contact' flag set (the '40' at the end), and the 'FF' bytes where the outdoor readings would normally be.
