If you zip up the diags folder and attach it to a reply in this thread, I'll see if I can see what's going on. Please also include the dayfile.txt file from the data folder in the zip file.

Hi
See if you can do anything with this
I hope you know that you are talking to an idiot and that these are the right files!

That's OK, this is an idiot talking to you. Those are the right files.
A couple of your entries in dayfile.txt have got the date 31/12/99:
2015-01-03 12_37_35-C__Users_steve_Downloads_dayfile (1).txt - Notepad++.png
2015-01-03 12_40_52-C__Users_steve_Downloads_dayfile (1).txt - Notepad++.png
This is happening because the clock on your PC is apparently going wrong for short periods from time to time, before correcting itself. You can correct those dates (remembering to use the format dd/mm/yy) either by stopping Cumulus and editing dayfile.txt in a text editor, or by using the dayfile.txt editor in Cumulus.
In addition to this, you appear to have a problem with the data from your station. There are periods where the console is losing contact with the outdoor transmitter, and also quite often invalid data is being received. Perhaps the transmitter needs a new battery.
