newbie question weather underground

Please bear with me I am new to all of this, I have set up my vantage vue and got it working ok, I believe I have set up the logger to Cumulus because all the figures look ok. Now I am trying to set up to weather underground. I have registered 15 hours ago and got my id IMANSFIE5 . I have logged in on cumulus and as of yet it saying that my station is not reporting, Can anyone guide me in the right direction please. thank you

WU say that it can take 24 hours for them to set up your station.

If you turn on the debug logging in Cumulus, the debug.log file will show the attempted uploads and any error returned from WU.

Do you have any 'special' characters in your password?

What happens if you put the same string into your browser - with your proper password substituted of course?

When I try the text you have pasted it just says 'Invalid Password', which is expected.

I suspect that Mark has hit the nail on the head. Strictly speaking, Cumulus should encode any special characters in the update URL, but as the password is the only field which might actually require that, it doesn't currently do it. But I think I did read somewhere that even with the correct encoding, WU won't accept the password with 'special' characters anyway.

Thanks for the help I don't know what I did but suspect it was password related , I re entered them and all seems well.up and running
