Cumulus Support

Wunderground says I am not sending data. Has been off for 3 weeks now. Password for wunderground and PWS is same. Checked to make sure time on cumulus site and console on my station match Have even reinstalled Cumulus to see if that helps, no luck. Support at wunderground says that my station should be connecting but is not sending data. Suggestions, please.

It's still sending to PWS Weather, but has stopped sending to WU? What is your WU station ID?

If you turn on the debug logging in Cumulus, the debug.log file will show the attempted upload to WU, and any error which is being returned.

I can't get WU to show me any data for that station at all, not even data from over three weeks ago. What does the debug.log show?

Wu will not show anything about your station even using the "about this station" Button.

I think you need to go back to WU and re enter all of your info. They may force you to totally reregister as a new station.

Hope this helps. I am of the older generation unfortunately. Thanksgiving here in the states consumed my time.

previous download debug log failed. trying again.

The attachment is your cumulus.ini configuration file not the debug.log. For the debug.log go to your Cumulus Configuration tab, click on Debug Log so that it is ticked; let it run for at least a period of time so that your Weather Underground will have attempted an upload (time depends on what interval you have set for WU in Internet Settings); then the debug.log should be in your C:\Cumulus folder.

And it contains your passwords, I suggest you remove it and change your passwords.

You say that your station ID is KFLSTPET47 but in Cumulus you have put KFLSTPETE54

Am trying this again.

You've corrected the station ID but now you're getting a '404 not found' returned. If I use your update URL in my browser, I get a response from WU saying 'invalid password', as you would expect. I suspect that the 404 you are getting is not coming from WU but more likely from your router or ant-virus/firewall software, which is blocking the connection.

Thanks everyone for your help. I found out my Kerpersky did a software change about the time my site went haywire. . They told me how to correct it and now my site is finally back up. My station number is KFLSTPET47. Wishing everyone a happy holiday season. Harry
