Good evening, I found an anomaly station DAVIS and Fineoffset, the anomaly is the following: if the receiver does not receive the data the program continues to send more and values temperature, humidity and wind of 'last value stored in the control unit. How can you solve?

Yes, that's how Cumulus is designed to work.

Hello Steve if the control unit will lock to receive the data the program sends the same data. If closed and restart cumulus values will lead to "0". Why not think of finding a way to restart cumulus every hour or other time set by the program.
So that if the controller locks after the time set values will lead to zero.


Ciao Steve se la centralina si blocca a ricevere i dati il programma invia sempre lo stesso dato. Se chiuso e riavvio cumulus i valori si portano a " 0 " . Perchè non pensi di trovare un modo per riavviare cumulus ogni ora o altro tempo impostabile da programma.
In modo che se la centralina si blocca dopo il tempo impostato i valori si porteranno a zero.

If your console is having problems receiving data from the outdoor sensors for extended periods such that the repeated data becomes an issue, why not correct the problem that is causing this?

If the console itself stops sending data to Cumulus (rather than the issue being between the outdoor sensors and the console) then selecting 'restart if data stops' will cause Cumulus to restart one minute after the console stops sending data.

Why not think of finding a way to restart cumulus every hour or other time set by the program.

If this is really what you want to do rather than find a solution to your problem, there are several software programs available that will do this for you rather than tailoring Cumulus to fix a problem that does not exist.
