Cumulus Support

I was recently denied access through the Firewall of my Web Site hosting company, apparently due to too many attempts from my IP address. I find this strange as there's been no change here for many months. Cumulus carried on working fine, no data lost.

Is there a way to generate an email warning message when either Cumulus or Cumulus Tool Box is unable to upload data to my Web Site, after a specified time or number of attempts?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I didn't see when searched.
