Re: Long / Lat
The most likely reason is that you're not entering your co-ordinates correctly in degrees, minutes and seconds. What are your co-ordinates, and what are you putting in the boxes in Cumulus?

Re: Long / Lat
I don't understand those co-ordinates, what format are they in? They can't be degrees/minutes/seconds, as you have '86' where the seconds would be.

Re: Long / Lat
51°06.20' N is 51 degrees 06.20 minutes N, which in degrees, minutes, and seconds is 51 deg 6 min 12 sec N
1°12.86' E is 1 degree 12.86 minutes E, which in degrees, minutes, and seconds is 1 deg 12 min 52 sec E
[Edited to correct typo in latitude degrees]
