Hi,
I' m interested in reading the current inner and outer temperature from the station via usb.
Is there a particular address from which read to?
Thanks in advance.
Mauro

You can download documents describing the memory layout (and some source code) here - https://code.google.com/p/fowsr/downloads/list

Re: Reading current inner and outer temperature
Ok for the historical data, i can read them in the correct locations, but i don't see where are data that Cumulus acquires each ten seconds...

Re: Reading current inner and outer temperature
It reads from the latest logger (historic) location, the station keeps over-writing the same data until the log period is up and then moves on to the next location.
Edit: but it sounds like you are writing your own software rather than using Cumulus?

Re: Reading current inner and outer temperature
Absolutely not, i just want to read internal and external temperature and pass them to a Honeywell heating controller.
On Cumulus display temperatures are obviously updated each ten seconds, so it means that station sends data via usb, but i do not know the right parameters to pass to...

Re: Reading current inner and outer temperature
The address of the current data is held at 0x1E/0x1F; read that location, and use the contents to read the 16 bytes of current data.
Can you clarify whether you are using Cumulus or not? You won't be able to run your own program at the same time as Cumulus. If you are using Cumulus, why not use the data that is read by Cumulus and pass that to your controller?

I use Cumuls only when my desktop is on.
Now i will try to read with a Pic or Arduino the station internal eeprom (AT24C512B)...
