I was given the above unit for my birthday in July and was so keen on setting it up, I removed all the hardware from the box and set it all up, about a week later I threw the box away including the CD ( I think as I cant find it anywhere)

Is it possible (Legal) for someone to make me a copy, if not is there some other way to get hold of this?

The memory is almost full and I want to start compiling my records. :-(

I think you mean easyweather http://www.ambientweather.com/software.html but why do you use that crappy software instead of cumulus from sandaysoft made by Steve http://sandaysoft.com/cumulus-1-9-4-latest-version-2 , you don't need to worry about the memory because it's circulair memory cumulus writes the data to disk well at least if you connect you're station to you're pc. Read this forum for more info.

I suppose you have a WH1080 compatible weatherstation.

Thanks Ron, for some reason I thought I had to have the software for the unit.

Really appreciate your answer.

Ron..I can't figure out how to get cumulus to work with the USB touchscreen weather station (Maplin). I've been using EasyWeather on my Windows 7 PC alright so far, but would like to get Cumulus to do the logging from now on...?

Which station type have you selected? You need to select "Fine Offset (WH1080 etc)" if your station does not have solar sensors (light and UV) or "Fine Offset with UV/Light sensor" if it does have those sensors. Make sure you are not running Easyweather at the same time.

Could you give the exact model number of your station? Or a link to it at the Maplin site?
