Cumulus Support

Yesterday, I created my station ID on wunderground (KMAUXBRI10) yesterday. All day yesterday, it autoupdated fine. However, today, it no longer is. I have to manually refresh my browser to get the data to update.

To take it a step further, I had a friend of mine check my station, and he said he gets "This PWS is not reporting"

I thought originally it might have had something to do w. the firewall here at work, but I clicked on another station three miles away from mine, and that's working just fine

Thoughts??

Cumulus is updating WU correctly, and has been, every five minutes, all day. Here are screen shots taken just now at 10:44 your time:

Thanks Steve. I know it is writing, but it doesnt seem to be refreshing the current conditions. I last loaded the page at 8:14 this morning, and it says "38.9" and "station reported 21 seconds ago" I havent touched the page in nearly 15 minutes, and it hasnt updated.

Can you load the page, let it sit idle for a bit, and see if it changes? I'm willing to bet it's a firewall thing here at the office

Your station's WU Rapid Fire is updating at about 3 sec.

Sorry, the thread title misled me. Definitely a problem with your browser or perhaps as you say, a firewall issue, and nothing to do with Cumulus not uploading the data.

Grrrr............ there is definitely an issue somewhere. I have had the page open in Firefox, Chrome, and IE on two different computers for the past hour, and nothing has changed as far as the live conditions go. I have to refresh the page to get new information

I have already rebooted the machine, and cleared the cache in all three browsers

Your WU page doesn't update automatically for me now, either. I think you'll have to speak to WU about it.
