Cumulus Support

Hi

I was upgraded today to BT Infinity 2 at 1130hrs

Since then it appears that my realtime.xml file is not uploading along with other Cumulus files. I have rebooted the PC, Cumulus etc but data on my website is remaining stuck at the 1130hrs stuff

I know my data is getting out as Wundground data is up to date

any thoughts anyone

You're getting timeouts when uploading - something is preventing proper communication with the ftp server, e.g. a firewall. It looks like you have active ftp mode selected, try unticking that.

Boom - straight away it works.
