Station type

Recently purchased a Digitec XC0348 which came with Easyweather software. The display/receiver unit connects with PC (Windows 8) using USB cable. Initially the display unit communicated with Easyweather but now stopped communicating. The site where I purchased suggested I try Cumulus. How do I configure Cumulus for this weather station ?

Try the "Fine Offset (WH1080 etc)" setting. But if it has stopped working with Easyweather, it's unlikely to work with Cumulus. Have you tried resetting the console (remove batteries and USB cable)? Sometimes the USB interface on Fine Offset stations locks up.

for total hard reset take out the batteries from the sensor & the console for 5-10 min

Thanks for the prompt replies. Tried taking out batteries & USB cable, will try a hard reset & see what happens.
