Can I use CSS3, HTML5, etc?

While procrastinating around the internet in the small hours of this morning, I came across this site called Can I use.com. For those of you wanting to use the latest 'new thing' (styling) on your website and more importantly, wondering if it will work 'cross browser' a great tool.
