Resetting data in cumulus

Hi

I have reset my data on the console, via weather link, and also via cumulus - i followed the instructions of deleting the data files in the Cumulus folder.

WHen i look at the year average to check, it shows that the highest and lowest temperatures are 999 and -999

How do i change this?

Some of the highs and lows won't be calculated until the end of the first day.
