Realtime.txt not Created

I'm new to Cumulus and I'm having trouble creating a realtime.txt file. I don't want to upload it to an FTP or web page. I need the file to gather info then allow other computer on my network parse the data. I have the 'realtime' box ticked.

Please zip up the diags folder and attach it, and also attach screenshots of the sites/options and files tabs of your Cumulus internet settings.

I restarted Cumulus and the file is generated. All is well, thanks.

Hi

I was upgraded today to BT Infinity 2 at 1130hrs

Since then it appears that my realtime.xml file is not uploading. I have rebooted the PC, Cumulus etc but data on my website is remaing stuck at the 1130hrs stuff

I know my data is getting out as Wundground data is up to date

any thoughts anyone

as you can see from my banner no change since 1129hrs

None of your web pages are being updated (a separate thread would have been a good idea!).

Turn on ftp logging and attach the ftplog.txt file.
