Abs pressure reading

Post by monkey38 »

I changed my batteries out in my out door sensor plus my station since doing this 3 days ago my pressure readings are way out. I run my on ABS I reset it today to 29.78 and it dropped to 15.04. Could someone tell me what would cause this.

I'm running a 265NC

Thanks
Jim

maybe someone has installed nearby anything can cause issues to the pressure? such an air condition etc?

also note this with culumus

if you have change the settings (hpa,in, mb) in your unit and does not match the culumus software can give incorrect readings

No idea, but that happened to my FO a year or more ago, it has been the same ever since. It is too far out to correct on the console or Easyweather, but I put the correction into the Cumulus ini file and the corrected reading in Cumulus seems to have been fine ever since. So the sensor seems to be still OK, just the console has 'lost' some calibration setting.
