Hello - How do I go about requesting an APRS passcode?

I assume that you are a radio amateur (as 'normal' users don't get a passcode)? Either way, see this page - http://wxqa.com/SIGN-UP.html

Unless you are actually sending your data via a radio link using a tnc which you probably are not if you are using cumulus all you need is a -1 in the passcode block.
