J'ai contacté mon fournisseur d'accès, après baucoup de test et deux techniciens, nous sommes arrivés à la conclusion que je doid être sur une blackliste.
Je vous joins le traceroute effectué, il semble que ma connection s'arrète chez l'hébergeur de Jacques.
Pouvez vous transmettre ces informations à Jacques, je n'ai aucun moyen de le contacter. (ou donnez moi son mail)

Effectively, weatherbyyou.com had problems with hackers,
my provider wrote to me that he decided to suspend my site
because 250 emails were sent this pm.

Meteoduquebec.com est aussi en cause. Depuis plusieurs semaines
mon fournisseur m'avise que le site est attaqué par des hackers, il a donc
décidé de (trop) restreindre les visiteurs qui lui semble louche, mais il semble
que beaucoup de gens sont ainsi bloqués par ce filtrage.

Additionnaly, he wrote to me that a security issue is caused by
a non-secured Pc... my Cumulus Pc, running XP. So I have to do a lot
of things to satisfy my provider!

So, I need a new Windows and a lot of time...
