Bug Report for Cumulus Not Starting
Everything was working fine on Windows 7 PC until today when rebooted and Cumulus (latest 1098 version) would not run. Bug Report attached.

There seems to be a problem decoding the 'timestamp' value in today.ini. This can happen if your system date format changes, but the exception that you're getting isn't quite the same one that occurs when Windows can't recognise the format of the timestamp. Perhaps your today.ini file has been corrupted. If you can't see any obvious problems in the file, please zip up the diags folder and attach it, together with the today.ini file, and I'll take a look.
