After updating to the latest version I have discovered that the web site files have also been updated, problem is I've forgotten which folder contains the files that need to be uploaded to my FTP folder

Is it the files in theweb files folder, the web folder or both?

The webfiles folder contains the files and folders that you need to manually upload to your web site once. The web folder contains the standard Cumulus templates/pages and images which are created at your chosen interval and automatically uploaded to your web site by Cumulus.
