Cumulus Support

Cumulus shows it updating web files i.e images etc. when you look attthe site
nothing changed data has not been updated?

Your realtime.txt file is still updating, but something appears to have happened after 0200 today which has caused your html pages and images to stop updating. Presumably you didn't change anything at that time? Look in the Cumulus web folder to see if the pages and images are still being updated every 15 minutes; if they are, then some kind of ftp problem has occurred, and turning on ftp logging may show something in the ftplog.txt file. You could try restarting Cumulus, that may correct whatever it was that caused the updates to stop.

Edit: the updates seem to have started again just now?

According to the last update on your web site, you have the update interval set to 600 minutes, so it will be 600 minutes after starting Cumulus before it creates any web files, unless you do a manual update.

Changed update to update to 10min . I do a manual update as I don't get the Cumulus icon on in hidden icons anymore. which had and used to do web site update. unable to find anyway else to do it from Cumulus?

Probably something to do with Windows 8 - not a lot I can do about that.

'Web update' is on the File menu.

Since my web update problems -which seems to be fixed with the help of Steve.
I have lost the Moon phase images just get a black square been trying
to find the missing file?

There's not much moon to see at the moment - give it a day or two!
