Fixed now...
changed the css with the below

{
width:100%;
height:100%;
 }
#myDiv img
{
width:100%;
height:auto;
margin:0 auto;
display: inline-block;
}
seems to work fine in Firefox31, Chrome29, IE11 and an android phone.
Resizes to suit the Div no matter what size the image is....

so now to finish my other pages off(95% completed).
Even the observation pages which i was worried about are all good..

Conversion is complete.
All pages are converted to HTML5 compliant with only 1 error which is my <blink> tag controlled by CSS.

Thank god :groan:

I removed my blinking text, so now.............
