Hi there
I recently purchased 4 WS3083 weather stations with the aim of monitoring weather from 4 different locations around the region using Cumulus (v 1.9.4) from one computer. However when testing them I've found that the different base stations, rather than creating their own data files, simply add to the previous data file produced by the previous base station. The result is that I have a data record with data from several different base stations in the one file. Is there any way I can get my base stations to put data in different files when plugged in to my computer?
Cheers

Re: Running more than one weather station using cumulus
As you probably know, you can't run Cumulus with them simultaneously on the same PC as Cumulus can only connect to one station as it has no way of telling them apart. But it sounds like you are not trying to do this anyway, so that's not an issue.
If you want to run Cumulus separately for each station, install it four times and run the installation appropriate to whichever station you currently have plugged in to the PC.
