I have weather station Aercus WS3083
It is attached and I have set up software
But it just gives the error message
26/07/2014 08:27:48 : Fine Offset station not found! - check connections and restart Cumulus
Have tried it on two computers with same results, one is Windows Vista (the one I want it on) and one is Windows 7.
The weather station has been logging for 2 days - and has all the data on the screen
I need this set up today
I have a screen shot of my settings but cant attach it due to the website design.
I have selected Fine offest with UV/Light sensor - and Use data logger

Windows can't find your weather station. As you've tried it on two computers, the most likely cause is a fault with the USB port in the station itself, or the USB cable. Does Windows make the 'device connected' and 'device disconnected' sounds when you plug it in and unplug it?
