This is my first post so please be gentle and tolerant if I ask stupid questions.
I am trying to link my Cumulus with WOW and I do not understand how to do it.
I have registered with WOW but do not understand how to link Cumulus with WOW. I have put in the WOW reg details in the Cumulus fields but nothing is showing in my WOW account. I am confused.
Thanks in advance.
Andrew

Re: WOW Help
What is your WOW station ID? Are you mistakenly putting your WOW username and password into Cumulus? You need to supply your station ID and PIN rather than those. Is your PC clock correct?

Re: WOW Help
I do not think I have a WOW ID. I could not figure out how to get that during registering.
My PC clock is right.

Re: WOW Help
Having registered at WOW, you have to create a station there before you can upload data. Log in, click on 'sites' and then the 'Create new site' button. Having supplied the required information, including a six digit PIN, you will be allocated a station ID. It is that station ID, and the six digit PIN, which you need to enter in the Cumulus settings.

Re: WOW Help
Another ask fro help.
I have put the AWS Pin and username into Cumlus but WOW does not seem to be publishing my weather data. Any ideas why?
Thanks in advance.

Re: WOW Help
I seem to remember that it does take some time for your site to be able to accept data after you've created it. If you turn on the debug log, the debug.log file will show the attempted updates and any error returned from WOW.
You say you've put your "username" into Cumulus. Do you really mean that? As I said earlier, you have to put your station ID in - WOW refers to this as a 'site ID' and it's a series of digits.

Re: WOW Help
I did mean the site ID rather than username. Sorry about that. Thanks for debug logo.
