I have been getting this message in the past week every now and then which also tells my to restart Cumulus. This will happen after Cumulus has been up for some time. Today it was up and running for about six hours. I see nothing that means aanything to me in the logs, so I have zipped them up and attached them. Hopefully you can see something here.

Cumulus (or, rather, the Davis DLL which handles communication with the logger on behalf of Cumulus) is frequently unable to connect to the logger, both at startup and after the periodic disconnection to allow the logger to to its web uploads. Sometimes, after a few retries, it is able to reconnect, whereas on other occasions it is apparently unable to reconnect even after a lot of retries.
So you either have some kind of network issue, or the logger is refusing connections - perhaps it takes a long time to do its uploads.

Maybe it is time to contact the Davis tech support. Thanks for the reply.
