Hi
My version of weewx has died and I've settled on Cumulus as a replacement...
As a stop-gap whilst waiting for the Linux version, I'm going to run Cumulus in a Windows VM on my ESXi server.
The weather station is a Vantage Pro 2+ using serial link into the servers on-board serial port. This is passed to the VM by ESXi, so it appears as a real serial port and won't need any fancy drivers.
I haven't used Windows to any great extent for years (I'm mainly Mac and Linux) so was wondering what version of Windows is best for Cumulus?
Once the Linux version is out, it will be deleted anyway, so I don't need anything fancy!
Any opinions?
