Is the Battery webtag specific to a station type?

Does it refer to the base station or the transmitter?

I just thought I would check on my battery but it returns "0v" and given that I am receiving info I guess the battery is good but my station is not compatible.

Yes, it's for Davis stations only, and specifically it's the console battery voltage. Davis stations are the only ones whose battery voltage I know how to read.
