Stuck downloading data - prev posted solutions not working

Using Cumulus with Ambient WS-2080, brand new (<1 week) base station. Was working fine but recently went offline. Checked and it was, for some reason, showing the Downloading Data screen. Shut it all down, rebooted, launched again but it stays stuck on the downloading data screen.

Tried clearing the base station memory (hard to tell if that actually did anything since there wasn't enough on it yet to show on the pie chart) and tried adding EWduplicatecheck=0 to the Cumulus.ini file -- still no go.

What should I try next?

It's not clear to me whether you have tried resetting the console, which is what is usually required when the interface locks up, as described in the FAQ: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#Cumulu ... .22_screen

As mentioned in that FAQ, you might want to try using the 'synchronise Fine Offset reads' setting on the Cumulus station settings screen, it may help to prevent the console interface locking up in future.

Thanks -- pulling the batteries did the trick. And I also downloaded the latest release so that I could enable the Synchronize Fine Offset option -- hopefully that will minimize future problems.
