iinet home user web pages appear down

Post by nossis »

Hi All,

Just a note to advise that my website is painfully slow and most of time inaccessible. :groan:
Up until yesterday it has been flawless for years.
I suspect that this is an issue for multiple iinet Australia users
Have lodged a ticket with iinet support.
On a side note they are having problems in other areas, this may be part of that.

Will post with updates as encountered
Thought I would mention here to save others from going round in circles thinking it is their end.

UPDATE (5 min later)
It appears that all iinet user home page Cumulus sites are down as suspected.
Also if you fall into any of this list you may have the same issue.

An update,

The issues appears to now have been resolved...
I received a call from iinet support (message on the phone) saying that it should now be good.
Pleased to report that it is now working fine. Have had the odd FTP connection issue as reported by Cumulus a bit more then previously, but my site whenever I have looked has been up and running fine again now.... :D

I also see that the other iinet Cumulus user sites appear back to normal as well now too

Problem solved....
