Cumulus Support

I have looked at Weather underground this morning and I have a reading of 1.5mm precip accum but no precip rate.
Now I know I am no expert but is that possible, I may be getting confused but isn't precip accum only possible if there has been a precip rate?

My station is ISOUTHEN10 if you want to see the readings

It appears that there was a reading last night of 1.5mm rain, even though it didn't rain.
My rain gauge is on a wooden post nd maybe a fox or cat has knocked it overnight
