Two near identical day's weather!

I don't ever recall seeing two days' weather records with so many identical readings. They say the weather is never the same two days running in the UK. This says otherwise...

Maximum and minimum temperature identical. High humidity within 1%. High wind gust and wind speed both identical. That's 4 perfect matches and one very close. How strange!

You might be tempted to think that there's been a problem somewhere with the recording of the data, but looking at your graphs it's clear that you had two very similar days of weather. Probably due to the static high pressure system off to the west?

That thought did cross my mind Steve but as you say, with the large high stuck to the west it's that which is probably responsible.
