Cumulus and Weather Underground rainfall data wrong

Just noticed that the rainfall data for weather underground is wrong. For example for today it shows 3.3mm while cumulus correctly shows 3.4mm.
It can't be 3.3mm as the Davis only records 0.2mm
I looked at other days and they're wrong as well.

The other feed to the steel gauges is correct.

The WU API requires rain to be supplied in inches, so presumably the discrepancy is due to rounding. 3.4 mm = 0.13 in. 0.13 in = 3.3 mm.

Anyway to fix that at the cumulus end yet still keeping metric for everything else.

It's WU that's doing the rounding, I can't change that. Even if you send more decimal places, WU still rounds and stores in inches to two decimal places.
