VP2 NOT CONNECTING

Hi all, My vp2 has been running with no issues for a long time until today
this afternoon my pc crashed, when I got it back on clicked on weather
station expecting it to bounce back to life, it came straight up with error
32701, I think it has something to do with the usb and software cp2x-vcp
but I just don't no if I am honest, I have tried re-installing said software
but no joy, any idea's
I am running the latest version of cumulus and forgot to say it is a usb logger
