Cumulus Support

Starting a week ago, after two years of flawless performance, Cumulus no longer retrieves data when the computer is off, and Min Temp and Min Press are 0.0.

The station said there were no archive records available:

As it was previously working correctly, then presumably something has changed with the console. Cumulus is setting the clock - is the date and time on the console set correctly as a result? How is the console connected to the PC?

Perhaps it has stopped logging - can you check the logger interval, and try resetting the interval (using Weatherlink)?

Looking at your posting history, you have had the same problem before.

Updated Weatherlink to latest version, reset time, interval to 10 minutes etc. with no improvement. I then de-energized the Vantage Vue and reset all its values. Re-checked with Weatherlink. Cumulus now appears to be back to normal.
