Wh2080 Display Problum

Hi can you help at all I have a wh2080 Weather station, working fine until yesterday. Tonight the display is blank. Replaced the Batteries, still blank. Connected to the PC and yes reads data in a fashion, but display is behaving erratically, spinning through the menus., and makes a clicking sound when reading data If the receiver is defunct, can I get a replacement, or am I missing something simple . At the moment batteries in sitting on desk but the screen is blank.
