Monthly All Time Records

In the "monthly records", why does only records for 2013 and later occur, and not earlier records?

Question number 2:
Is it possible to get rid of the timestamp and only use date of the record?

On your web site, yes - use the 'format' parameter on the web tags. In Cumulus, no.
