Easyweather and/or Cumulus

I am curious to know if those of us with Fine Offset stations use Cumulus only or in combination with the Easyweather software included with the stations? Personally I only use Cumulus and have configured it directly to the station, but was wondering if others run both simultaneously with no problems. Look forward to your comments.

I'd be very surprised if anyone was still using the easyweather.dat method; basically I haven't been maintaining that code, I'm sure there are bugs in it, and I really ought to remove it.

I gave up on the EasyWeather software about a year ago. I tried it for a few weeks when I first got my station but once I discovered Cumulus I moved quickly onto using it directly. EW was way to buggy

I've only realized today, that I could run with Cumulus only...duh. Good thing too, because easyweather was hogging resouces, when updating data from the transmitter! Weird. Only issue is that I can't get the "wind compass", to work on my website, but that, is a seperate isssue.

Hi guys.
just completed a full 12 months with MyDEL WX Mk2.
From day 1 i have collected all the data in Easy Weather AS WELL AS Cumulus.
I run Cumulus daily to display the data and to get it on to my web pages.
I use EW monthly to get data sets which are easily exported for processing.
CSVEdit is great for working with the data sets.
