I have had a couple of direct e-mails from them inviting to submit my data and have replied saying I don't continuously use WL and would consider providing my data when they accept Cumulus, which they indicated is being worked on.

I'm afraid I told them to stop bothering me. I get frequent requests to add support for new commercial web sites for weather data. I told them that there is a mechanism for users to request enhancements to Cumulus, and if Cumulus users request the required enhancement, I can look at scheduling it along with all the other enhancement requests, once I've finished the total rewrite that I'm working on.
I would rather wait and see what happens to this site, and what people think of it, before taking the time to add support for it. One particular site that I have added support for in the past I have not been at all impressed with, and I know many others feel the same way.
