Non-existent graphs

Post by steveharpin »

I have only just got the website set up but have an immediate problem with the graphs in the trends section. There are no thumbnails. Is this possibly because of a lack of data so far, or should they actually be there anyway?

http://www.the9libraries.org.uk/myweather/trends.htm

The other thing that is not working(excuse me please if this is covered elsewhere in the forum) is a lack of updating on the index page. The FTP appears to be functioning in both automatic and manual mode but the date remains the same so obviously something is simply not happening. A tweak I can do please??

Looks like an ftp problem. You can confirm this by checking in the Cumulus web and web\images folder that the pages and images are being created correctly at each update. If they are not being created correctly on your PC, please zip up the diags folder and attach it to a reply.

If it's an ftp problem, turn on ftp logging, and then after an update should have happened, attach the ftplog.txt file here, together with a screen shot of your Cumulus internet settings screen. In the meanwhile, you could try active ftp mode, assuming you don't have that set; and try unsetting it if you do have it set. You haven't unset 'include standard images', have you?
