Would someone be able to tell me why my rain rate won't show up on my Cumulus page internet page but it shows up on my on my cumulus page before it's uploaded. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Re: Rain Rate
Is that your web site? Why does it have komokaweather.com (Paul Mylemans's site) at the top? Could you give a link to your web site, please?
From what I can see, the last rainfall was yesterday, so you would expect the rain rate to be zero.

Re: Rain Rate
Jim doesn't have his own domain as yet and I had offered him a folder on my GoDaddy hosting when he was in Melita MB as a way for him to get a website http://www.komokaweather.com/melita Since that time Jim has moved to Virden MB but still using the initial /melita folder. I should create a new /virden folder but that would take some changes in Jim's FTP settings, etc. that we haven't tackled yet.Is that your web site? Why does it have komokaweather.com (Paul Mylemans's site) at the top?
I had looked at his realtime.txt file yesterday about an hour after his last rainfall was recorded and it showed 0.00 for rain rate and wasn't sure how long the rain rate would display after a rain event (I think Jim has a National Geographic station).

Re: Rain Rate
Cumulus does a very simple rain rate calculation on behalf of Fine Offset stations (which don't provide one themselves). It uses the rain amount in the last five minutes, so will return to zero five minutes after the last recorded rain.
