I think there's a problem with reading UTF-8 files for processing, when they have 'extended' characters in them. I tested the web tag conversion but forgot to test characters already in the page. I'll see if I can fix it.

Strange.....If you look at this page
http://vrijemeusibeniku.com/weather/znativise.php you can see that there are two columns. If UTF 8 encoding is on, characters in the right column are not running well, and if the utf 8 encoding is off, characters included in the left column are not running well....

Could you attach a copy of the template file that you're using for that, please? If it has a .php extension you'll need to zip it to get the forum to allow it.
