Can we get this tags?

- Low windchill
- High heatindex

daily, monthly and yearly

I reached heatindex of 43ºC :twisted: but i don't live in hell !!!!!! :lol:

It's not as simple as just providing the tags as Cumulus doesn't keep any statistics like those (all-time wind chill is the nearest), so it would be a lot of work to start collecting them - so of course I can't/won't do that in the current version. But it can certainly go on the list for Cumulus 2, once a list actually exists.
