Backup and Restore of Cumulus

Greetings,
My computer is getting flaky and I plan on doing a reformat and re-install of the Windows OS. However, before I do that, I need to backup my Cumulus data so that I have the files to restore from when I get Cumulus re-installed. I can't find any backup up routine in Cumulus. What do I need to do? Thanks 8-)
