Is it possible to save the config setings ie latitude, longitude, ftp details ect so that I can transfer to another computer without having to input all my settings again?

Yes - they're all in the cumulus.ini file, so you should just be able to copy that across. You may need to change a few details specific to the new computer - com port etc, but most of it should work as is.
