New WS-2080 User with Setup Problems

Post by Mikee »

Hello All, I am a new Cumulus user. So far I like it much better that Easy Weather. However I am not able to get the time synched up with my location. On the first page it provides a summary:

Sun Rise 15:25, Sun Sets, 03:13, etc. How do I set the time for my area so these times are accurate?

I have entered my Long and Lat. Where do I go from here?

Thanks in advance for a little guidance.

If the sunrise and sunset times are wrong, then you've almost certainly entered your co-ordinates incorrectly.

Have you put "W" for your longitude?

Great! The W did it. I now see all of the date and time parameters showing correctly.

Thanks for your very quick help. I have started a couple of other topics but have found my own answers in the FAQ and Wiki.

Thanks,
Mike
