Website page errors

Post by davefree1 »

Hi , I have been running Cumulus on Godaddy for a year without problems recently switched to Tsohost. Since then i have had various issues setting up my website , most of which i have solved by reading on the internet. However i am now stuck with three issues

1 cannot see the moon phases
2 navigation bar - will not show 'trends' correctly , thumbnails are not shown but if i click on their outline box i get the graph appearing
3 navigation bar - 'now' only gives a section of the website the rest is blank/white

ok so I've upgraded to 1.9.4 , I've searched my files in file manager on the hosting site and using Filezilla but i am unable to spot any issues. I did have to add a 'public_html' file on this host unlike my previous which was unexpected as it just ran as soon as i uploaded the correct files.

So is there any computer geniuses out there that can spot anything that I've not done or that I have thats causing my problems , thanks in advance.

David

It looks like you are having ftp errors, probably timeouts. If you turn on ftp logging, the ftplog.txt file will confirm this. You could try switching between passive mode and active mode (or vice versa, depending on which mode you're currently using).
