Difference between w/m2 measurements on WS-5000 and Cumulus

When I look on my WS-5000 weather station (fineoffset), I see a measurement of 6.5 W/m2, on the website however I see a value of 40 for <#SolarRad>..... in w/m2. Also now: the WS-5000 shows 7.0 W/m2 and Cumulus 37W/m2 (on the Cumulus main screen).
It is strange and I still don't see a clear correlation between these different values....Is it maybe the trans factor of 0.8 in Cumulus?

The station measures Lux rather than W/m2, so the figure you see is a conversion. Cumulus uses the 'standard' conversion factor of 0.0079 for Lux to W/m2. The figure the console is using is too low; there was a discussion about this very recently (in the Fine Offset section).

If you would rather Cumulus used the same conversion as the console, then you need to work out what that figure is, and set it in cumulus.ini using the LuxtoWM2 setting: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/index.php?ti ... ion:_Solar
