What am I doing wrong?!!!

Hi I am really sorry - I have sifted through some threads without luck!

I have Cumulus running and updating a weatherbyyou template and ICumulus - both work great.

I want to modify the iCumulus to change some information around, when I add webtags rather than displaying the data it just shows the webtags - even though on the original parts of the website the same webtag works fine and displays data.

I decided to test me here(!) - so I created a brand new website using the webtags - added it to my files list and included the "process" and "FTP" as I have with the Weatherbyyou & icumulus - again it is not updating the webtags and does not display data - what am I doing wrong?! I am sure I have understood it and it seems very basic but I must be missing a key point!

Thanks in advance - it's driving me mad!!!

My website is www.srf01.co.uk - the bit I am trying to update is customize is www.srf01.co.uk/iphone/index.html.
